Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end purchase activities for CCTV, security and ELV products.
- Source products and materials from existing as well as new vendors.
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
- Negotiate price, credit terms, delivery schedules and other commercial terms with vendors.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) after receiving internal approvals.
- Coordinate with vendors for order confirmation and timely delivery.
- Follow up on pending orders, shortages, delayed deliveries and replacement of defective materials.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/store team regarding material availability and requirements.
- Maintain updated vendor records, price lists and purchase history.




- Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Verify purchase invoices against PO and received materials.
- Maintain proper purchase documentation and records.

Preferred candidate profile
- Good negotiation and vendor-management skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to compare quotations and analyze pricing
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Positive documentation and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of CCTV and networking products
- Ability to handle multiple purchase requirements simultaneously
