Job Description

We are looking for highly experienced professionals with in-depth expertise in payment processing and banking operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing complex and critical cases, supporting process improvements, and acting as a subject matter expert for the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve complex issues related to payment processing, banking transactions, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, and account-related concerns.
- Perform detailed analysis and root cause investigation for recurring or critical issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to team members.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve escalated cases.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.




- Ensure compliance with process requirements, quality standards, and turnaround times.
- Support training, knowledge sharing, and process updates within the team.

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of payment processing and banking-related processes is mandatory.
- Robust experience in handling complex transactions and escalations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and support the wider team.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.

Pay: Up to ₹702,000.00 per year
