Partners with FMCG companies and brands for valuable quality surplus, short-dated inventory and promotes them to institutional buyers and bulk consumers with green discounts and complete transparency on the remaining shelf life.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a passionate Business Development Manager with a knack for institutional sales to lead our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth & revenue, building institutional partnerships and expanding B2B presence in institutional segments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with institutional clients and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and close deals that align with mission and objectives.




- Achieve business & revenue targets in line with business plan.
- Actively manage client accounts to identify upselling opportunities & maximize revenue potential.
- Identify and participate in industry events relevant for driving B2B business development strategies and growth.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the leads pipeline, business development activities & milestones.

Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in corporate/ institutional business development.
- Proven track record in establishing and nurturing corporate/ institutional partnerships.
- Prior experience of institutional sales for an impact-business is a plus.
- Preferably comes with an existing network of key decision makers (HRs, CXOs) in Indian and international corporates/institutions pan-India.
- Strong influencing, networking and collaboration skills.
- Passionate about sales and hungry for business.
