Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, shrinkage control, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team to achieve Sales targets, provide guidance on product knowledge, and resolve customer complaints.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock levels, and store appearance.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in retail operations.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in retail store operations or related field.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, shrinkage control, and team handling.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
- Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
