About the Role

Zero Design Studio is the creative and content division of Shivam Video, working across 3D anamorphic content, CGI, motion graphics, immersive experiences, and digital content.

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who understands content, trends, and brand communication. The role will focus on managing and growing our social media presence, developing content ideas, coordinating with the creative team, and building engaging content for our audience.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and creative teams for content execution.
- Develop ideas for reels, posts, carousels, stories, campaigns, and videos.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, headlines, and social media copy.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, algorithms,



and competitor activity.
- Identify trending content opportunities and adapt them for the brand.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and publishing across platforms.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, and overall social media activity.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyse content performance and suggest ways to improve reach, engagement, and growth.
- Explore new content formats and creative ideas to strengthen the brand's digital presence.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content formats.
