Purpose/Objective

Team Member - Strategy & Operations supports the Lead - Strategy & Operations in formulating and implementing the company's strategic initiatives.
This role involves assisting in the analysis of business opportunities, contributing to project management, and providing insights on market trends to support the company's growth and competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Strategy & Operations Support: Aid in the development and refinement of the company's strategic direction and long-term goals, ensuring initiatives are in harmony with the broader vision.
Opportunity Research: Assist in identifying and evaluating recent business opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects that can contribute to the company's strategic expansion.
Project Assistance: Support the management of key projects, facilitating coordination across departments to achieve successful outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.
Market Insights: Contribute to the analysis of industry trends and the competitive landscape,



providing research and insights to inform strategic decisions.
Communication Support: Help communicate strategic plans and progress to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and engagement across the organization.
Digital Mindset: Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
