Role Description
The Customer Service Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for delivering high-quality support and service to customers. In this position, the consultant will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues,



and provide accurate information about products and services. The role involves managing customer interactions in line with defined service standards, documenting cases, and escalating complex issues when needed. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience, track recurring concerns, and suggest process improvements. Daily responsibilities also include meeting performance metrics, maintaining professionalism, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment.
