General Ledger:

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Maintain and operate standard period-end closing schedules
- Hands on experience in General Ledger (GL)
- Balance Sheet Account reconciliations
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements
- Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
- Maintain and record of fixed assets
- Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- IC reconciliations
- Preparation & posting of Monthly & quarterly accruals
- Work closely with local Finance teams for successful period closures
- Analyzing Trail Balance & reporting
- Perform quarterly financial statement flux analysis
- Experience of supporting internal & External audits
- Knowledge on Budgeting

Accounts Receivables:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Resolve accounts receivable issues or queries.
- Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and credit card transactions.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements
- Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers




- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist with other accounting projects

Accounts Payable:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, verify, and process vendor invoices & expense claims
- Coding Expenses to appropriate GL account & cost center
- 3/2 way matching of goods invoices
- Coordinate with respective stake holders to resolve invoice discrepancy like Price & quantity
- On weekly basis review payment schedule, prepare payment proposal, Bank upload of payments & coordinate with approvers to approve payments in Bank
- GRIR Reconciliation
- Review & Reconcile all monthly Vendor statements; follow up on missing invoices, payment discrepancies
- Helpdesk Maintain customer/vendor service relationship(both internal & External)
- Coordinating with purchasing department & other Departments for Vendor creation & Master d
