About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who can independently plan, execute, optimise, and scale paid advertising campaigns for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a focus on generating profitable growth, improving ROAS, and driving conversions.

The candidate should be comfortable working with D2C and e-commerce brands, analysing campaign data, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop performance marketing strategies based on brand objectives, target audience, funnel stages, and budgets.
- Manage campaigns focused on sales, leads, conversions, traffic, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, CAC, AOV, and revenue.
- Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven optimisation decisions.




- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining healthy acquisition costs and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives, ad copies, placements, offers, and campaign structures.
- Work closely with the Content Strategist, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, and Creative Team to develop performance-focused ad creatives.
- Provide creative briefs based on campaign performance and identify which hooks, formats, angles, and messaging should be tested.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify current advertising opportunities.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilisation of ad spend.
- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate campaign insights to management and clients.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies.
- Develop and optimise full-funnel advertising strategies from awareness to conversion and remarketing.
