Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MIS Executive Fresher to support data management, reporting, and day-to-day MIS activities. The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining data accuracy, and providing timely information to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect and update data from different departments.
- Maintain Excel sheets, databases, and records.
- Verify data for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare basic dashboards and performance reports.
- Use Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and charts.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and verification.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure reports are submitted on time.
- Support senior team members in data analysis and reporting activities.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and charts.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Solid attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes
Education:
Any graduate B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc., or equivalent.
Suitable for:
Fresh graduates looking to start their career in MIS, Data Management, Operations, or Reporting.
