IT Sales Manager

Location- Gurugram, Sector 48

Working Timings- Mon-Fri |10.00 am – 7.00 pm

Work Mode-Work from Office

Experience- 4-6+ years

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective inbound and outbound sales strategies to generate qualified business opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and manage leads throughout the sales lifecycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and C-level executives.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and solution offerings in collaboration with the Pre-Sales, Delivery, and technical teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close high-value IT services deals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team by setting targets, monitoring performance, and driving business outcomes.
- Generate business opportunities through multiple channels, including outbound outreach, referrals, partner networks, inbound leads, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other lead generation platforms.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, revenue forecasts,



and opportunity tracking using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to identify current business opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. 4–6+ years of proven experience in IT service Sales, with a strong record of achieving sales targets

2. Experience in selling technology services across multiple domains. Exposure to Salesforce, Databricks, Snowflake, Data Analytics, or AI services will be a strong advantage.

3. Demonstrated experience in defining, executing, and optimizing both inbound and outbound sales strategies to generate qualified business opportunities.

4. Proven track record of lead qualification, opportunity management, negotiation, and successfully closing high-value deals.

5. Strong solution-selling skills and proposal development skills.

6. Experience collaborating with cross functional teams including Pre-Sales, Delivery, and technical teams
