Role Description
The Vigilance Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing compliance with safety, security, and operational standards across the dialysis center. This role involves monitoring daily activities in clinical and non-clinical areas to ensure adherence to company policies,



regulatory requirements, and ethical practices. The Vigilance Officer investigates incidents, reviews reports, and conducts internal audits to identify risks, irregularities, or non-compliance, and recommends corrective and preventive actions. The role also includes coordinating with management and frontline staff, maintaining documentation, and supporting training initiatives related to vigilance, patient safety, and quality standards. The Vigilance Officer works closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and guest-first care.
