About the Role

Precise3DM is looking for an
Application Engineer
to support the growth of our
PEEK & High-Performance Polymer 3D Printing
business across India.

This is a
technical application-focused role
, not a conventional machine-sales position.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer components, manufacturing processes, and technical requirements.
- Identify applications suitable for
PEEK, PEKK, PEI/ULTEM and other engineering polymers
.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and customer trials.
- Develop and print
sample parts / Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
.
- Evaluate technical feasibility, cost savings and
ROI
.
- Support the sales team in technical discussions and application conversion.




- Provide customer training and post-installation technical support.
- Coordinate with the
INTAMSYS technical/application team
for advanced applications.
- Develop new applications across
medical, aerospace, automotive, defence and industrial sectors
.

Preferred Qualifications
- Mechanical / Manufacturing / Polymer / Biomedical / Production / Additive Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience in
industrial FDM/FFF 3D printing
.
- Knowledge of
PEEK, PEKK, PEI/ULTEM or high-temperature polymers
.
- Experience in CAD, application development, material selection, or 3D printing is an advantage.
- Solid technical communication and customer-facing skills.
