We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with 10+ years of B2B IT/Technology Services sales experience, focused on the US market and Federal Government clients/projects. The role is an individual-contributor, new-business/hunting position responsible for identifying and acquiring current clients, generating revenue, achieving sales targets, developing IT staffing/consulting/SaaS opportunities, and closing new projects/contracts. Strong experience selling to C-level decision-makers, building a book of business, negotiating and independently driving opportunities from prospecting through closure is essential. Federal Government contracting/GovCon experience is highly important.

The job requirements and candidate qualifications are:
- 10+ years of IT and/or Engineering services sales experience calling on C-level decision makers
- Highly motivated, sales and results driven
- Experience working with and closing federal, state and local government contracts and clients
- Enjoys the challenge of finding new customers & competing for business
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to negotiate, create opportunities and close the deal
- Have a proven track record in the service industry
