Overview
We are looking for a Senior Developer with solid telecom domain exposure to design, build, and maintain high-quality software components across OSS/BSS, network automation, and digital platform engagements. This is a hands-on engineering role — you will own individual modules end-to-end, write clean and well-tested code, and provide technical guidance to junior developers, while working closely with the Technical Lead on design and delivery.

- Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software applications.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-tested code.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production and application issues.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX.
- Develop and maintain automated unit,



integration, and regression tests.
- Contribute to CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and performance improvements.
- Identify technical debt and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend suitable tools and practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, build, and maintain features across the full stack: frontend (React/Next.js), backend (Node.js/Python), and data/API layers.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into the product UI/UX - streaming LLM responses, agentic workflow visualisations, and intelligent data displays.
- Build and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs; own the contract between frontend and backend within the squad.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for frontend and backend services; ensure code ships reliably to production.
