Key Responsibilities;

1. Social Media Management
- Own the end-to-end social media strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals, campaigns, and product launches.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, carousels, linkedIn articles).
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in line with brand voice and guidelines.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to optimize content performance.

2. Influencer Marketing
- Build and maintain a pipeline of relevant micro, mid-tier, and macro influencers/creators.
- Lead influencer outreach, negotiation, contracting, and relationship management.
- Develop influencer campaign briefs, creative guidelines, and deliverable timelines.
- Coordinate content creation, approvals, and posting schedules with influencers.




- Track influencer campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and optimize future collaborations.
- Maintain an up-to-date influencer database with contact details, rates, past performance, and notes.

3. Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and sentiment across social platforms, Google Reviews, and other relevant sites.
- Develop and implement a response framework for positive, neutral, and negative feedback.
- Flag potential PR risks or escalated issues to the marketing team and leadership promptly.
- Proactively engage with the community to build positive brand sentiment and loyalty.
- Collaborate with customer support and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging and issue resolution.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with the performance marketing team to align social content with paid campaigns.
