Education:- MBA, CA-Inter
- 4-8 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A;, management reporting, or budgeting.

Experience :3-6years

Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports (MIS) for senior management, including balance sheet analysis, profit & loss statement, cash flow statement, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using FPA tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, expense control, and budget vs actual comparisons.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in cost control processes and implement changes accordingly.




- Create forecasts based on historical data trends and market insights to inform business decisions.
- Provide management reporting support by preparing ad-hoc requests from stakeholders.
- Guide financial controller of various businesses to Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with business units to develop realistic and aligned budgets.
- Prepare rolling forecasts and long-range financial plans.
- Challenge assumptions and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor budget adherence and support corrective actions where required.
