This position replacement for Mr. Arun Kumar P - Engineer (Tool Maker)
What you'll do
- Manufacture, assemble, and maintain tools, dies, molds, jigs, fixtures, and gauges according to engineering specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
- Operate conventional and CNC machine tools such as lathe, milling, grinding, drilling, and EDM machines.
- Perform tool fitting, polishing, and finishing activities.
- Inspect completed tools using precision measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot tooling issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
- Support tool trials and production start-up activities.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on tooling and equipment.




- Work closely with design, quality, and production teams to improve tool performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

What we are looking for
- BE/Diploma/ITI in Tool & Die Making, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant technical discipline.
- 3-4 years of experience in tool room operations, tool making, or die maintenance.
