Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in full-cycle bench sales, successfully marketing C2C consultants (H1B, GC, USC, and EAD) and placing them on projects efficiently.
- Strong network and established relationships with Prime Vendors, Tier-1 Vendors, and Direct Clients across the US market.
- In-depth understanding of the US IT staffing industry, including visa classifications,



tax terms, and current market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and account management skills with a solid track record of closing opportunities.
