Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with SOX regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization.
- Design and implement effective controls to monitor and manage financial transactions for potential fraud or errors.
- Develop training programs for employees on SOX policies, procedures, and best practices.

Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in auditing, controlling, finance, or a related field.
- Robust understanding of SOX regulations (SOX Section 302/404) and their application in an IT services environment.
- Experience with control testing methodologies such as LOD (Limits of Authorization), OET (Operational Effectiveness Testing), TPRM (Treasury Process Review Management).
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
