Sales Development Representative (Lead Generation), BIM & AEC Services (US/Europe)

*Experience: 2-5 years | Remote (India) | Partial US/EU overlap hours*

We are building a BIM services division serving US and European architecture, engineering, contracting, and reality-capture firms, and we need an SDR to own the top of the funnel.

What you'll do:
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo-type tools, industry directories, and job-posting signals (a firm hiring Revit modelers is a firm that needs us)
- Run personalized outbound sequences (LinkedIn + email) that don't read like spam: one real hook per message, no copy-paste blasts
- Target segments: retail chain rollouts and renovations, residential and multifamily, commercial fit-outs, warehouses and logistics, structural steel and retrofit, schools, hotels
- Target personas: BIM managers, design technology leads, VDC directors, principals and owners at firms of 10-500 people
- Qualify replies, book discovery calls for the BD team, keep the CRM clean, and report weekly on sends, response rates,



and meetings booked

Must have:
- 2-5 years in outbound lead generation or inside sales for services sold to US or European clients; BIM/CAD/engineering/AEC outsourcing preferred, AEC-focused software sales also acceptable
- A meetings-booked track record you can defend with numbers in the interview
- Written English indistinguishable from a native colleague's
- Willingness to work partial US/EU overlap hours

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
