We are looking for a
Senior Business Development Manager
who is target-driven, confident in client interactions, and experienced in building and converting B2B/institutional sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities with
schools and educational institutions
.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective schools and institutional clients.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with
Principals, School Management, Trustees, and key decision-makers
.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
- Achieve assigned
monthly, quarterly,



and annual revenue targets
.
- Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and ensure timely conversion of qualified leads.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular updates for management.
- Identify recent markets and opportunities for business expansion in Hyderabad and surrounding regions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution after a business closure.
- Explore opportunities for upselling, renewals, and expansion of existing accounts.
- Attend school meetings, education events, seminars, and networking opportunities as required.

- Achievement of assigned revenue targets.
- Number and value of schools/institutional partnerships closed.
- New client acquisition.
