-Maintaining HR documents and employee records
-Coordinating recruitment and interview processes
-Handling joining formalities and onboarding
-Supporting day-to-day HR operations

Role & Responsibility - Talent Acquisition

-Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

-Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Foundit, and referrals.

-Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and selections.

-Manage offer, negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain hiring MIS, TAT, pipeline, and closure targets.

-Have 1+ year experience in HR operations

-Can balance paperwork with people interaction
