Why This Role Exists

We're looking for a sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)



and Senior SDRs. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving sales performance, coaching and developing talent, and building scalable sales processes that consistently deliver enrollment and revenue targets.

You'll play a critical role in shaping our sales culture, enabling your team to succeed through coaching, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDRs and Senior SDRs to consistently achieve sales goals.

Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance feedback discussions.

Foster a high-performance, accountable, and cooperative sales culture.

Support hiring, onboarding, training, and career development of team members.

Revenue & Pipeline Management

Own team-level revenue, enrollment, and conversion targets.

Monitor pipeline health and ensure timely
