We are looking for a
US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience working specifically with the iLabor portal
. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing the recruitment process through iLabor and have a strong understanding of US IT staffing.

Responsibilities
- Manage IT job requirements through the
iLabor portal
.
- Review and understand job requirements and submission guidelines.
- Source and identify qualified IT candidates.
- Submit candidates through iLabor and maintain accurate submission information.
- Track candidate submissions, statuses, interviews, and feedback.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up on submissions and interview updates.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with the iLabor portal is mandatory.
- Previous experience in US IT recruitment/staffing.
- Positive understanding of the US IT recruitment process.
- Strong communication and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet submission deadlines.
- Comfortable working US business hours.
