1. Job Purpose

To support the organization's recruitment objectives by managing end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, stakeholder management, offer roll-out, and candidate onboarding support. The role is responsible for attracting quality talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring timelines and business requirements.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across clinical, non-clinical, nursing, allied healthcare, and support functions.
- Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

B. Candidate Sourcing
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, skilled networks, and databases.
- Conduct proactive talent mapping for critical and recurring roles.




- Identify innovative sourcing channels to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Maintain an active candidate database.

C. Screening & Interview Coordination
- Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic and virtual interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth interview processes and timely feedback collection.

D. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Advise stakeholders on talent availability, market insights, and hiring challenges.
- Build strong working relationships across departments.

E. Offer Management & Joining Coordination
- Support salary benchmarking and offer preparation in line with company guidelines.
- Coordinate offer discussions and negotiations with candidates.
