About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager – Channel Sourcing to drive business growth through strategic relationships with real estate channel partners. The role will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, managing, and expanding the channel partner network to generate qualified business opportunities and achieve sales targets.





The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate channel sales, partner management, business development, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard real estate channel partners in line with business requirements and growth objectives.
- Build, manage, and strengthen productive and skilled relationships with channel partners.
- Drive business generation through the assigned channel partner network and achieve defined sales and revenue targets.
- Identify recent sourcing opportunities and expand the channel partner base across the assigned market.
- Develop joint business plans with channel partners, including performance objectives, financial targets, and key milestones.
- Regularly engage with partners to understand their requirements, address concerns, and identify opportunities for business growth.
