Position: Aptitude Trainer
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description

WeShine Academy is looking for passionate and skilled Aptitude Trainers to train students preparing for government and competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct aptitude training sessions for students.
- Teach Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
- Explain concepts, shortcuts, and problem-solving techniques clearly.
- Conduct practice sessions, mock tests, and assessments.
- Clarify students’ doubts and provide proper guidance.
- Help students improve their speed, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong knowledge of aptitude and reasoning.
- Positive communication and teaching skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Candidates with competitive exam experience will be preferred.
