About the Role

We are hiring Sales Representatives to drive daily market coverage across Hyderabad/Secunderabad and Bidar. This is a field-based role focused on retail order booking, product availability, and merchandising execution at the outlet level.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily beat plans to ensure maximum retail coverage and call frequency.

Book orders and drive sell-in/sell-out across general trade and wholesale outlets.

Build strong working relationships with retailers and resolve outlet-level issues promptly.

Ensure proper product display, shelf presence, and stock rotation at each outlet.

Support execution of promotional activities and report on their effectiveness.





Identify and onboard new retail outlets to expand market reach.

Maintain accurate daily sales and coverage reports for the reporting manager.

Requirements

Graduate (any stream); freshers with strong communication skills may apply.

2-4 years of experience in FMCG or retail field sales preferred.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with the local market and retail landscape in the assigned area.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with daily field travel.

Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.
