We are looking for an experienced Senior Hardware Design Lead / Technical Project Lead to lead embedded hardware and power electronics product development from concept to production. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in mixed-signal hardware design, embedded systems, power electronics, product validation, and technical leadership. This role requires ownership of multiple projects,



collaboration with cross-functional teams, and successful delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple product development projects and own delivery from requirements to production.
- Define system architecture, hardware design, validation, and product release activities.
- Prepare and review System Specifications, Functional Specifications, DFMEA, DVP, Test Specifications, and technical documentation.
- Manage system BOM, engineering changes, and product lifecycle activities.
- Review and approve circuit topology, component selection, hardware design, validation results, and product release documents.
- Lead technical design reviews and resolve complex engineering issues.
- Coordinate with firmware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and supplier teams.
- Work with external hardware vendors, PCB manufacturers, and COTS board suppliers.
