1. Reporting to Management regarding the department's progress of work.

2. Looking after Overall Functioning of department & ensuring smooth flow of work

3. To look after achieving Quality Objectives of the department as defined in QMS through Co-ordination, Continous analysis & action with all team members.

4. To look after all the ISO 9001: 2015 related activities of the deparment

5. To handle Customer Enquiries, Technical and Commercial Feasibility review, preparing Estimation, submitting Quotation, Negotiation & finalisation of Purchase order for Customers of Wind Energy. Cold Rolling Mill Application Nuclear Power & Export Projects.

6. Contract review after receipt of PO, providing order acceptance to customer and forwarding it to Accounts/Finanace Dept for furthur action.

7. Providing Technical Documents to Industrial Engg Dept for issuing to respective departments.

8 . Giving instructions to Planning Dept for Procurement of raw material and planning for manufacturing

9. Attending Customer Complaints & doing C.A.P.A.

10. Preservation of Customer Property like Drawings, Tech Spec, QAP's,etc.
