Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Support / Managed Services Engineer to manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, security, and end-user support for our Bengaluru office

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 IT support and manage incident/ticket resolution.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive -_-
- Manage Windows 10/11, laptops, printers and peripherals.
- Handle LAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, firewall and network troubleshooting -_-
- Manage NAS, CCTV/IP cameras and backup checks.
- Administer endpoint security, antivirus and ManageEngine MDM/UEM -_-
- Maintain IT assets, inventory and lifecycle management.
- Support IT audits, ISO 27001/ISMS compliance and documentation -_-




- Coordinate with vendors and the Mumbai IT team.
- Manage IT handover, onboarding/offboarding and asset allocation -_-

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Managed Services / IT Support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and endpoint security -_-
- Experience with IT asset management and vendor coordination.
- Exposure to IT audits, ISO 27001/ISMS and IT documentation -_-
- Experience managing IT handovers is preferred.
- Certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL or ISO 27001 are an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
