Job Description Executive Project Management

The Executive Project Management will support the project team in coordinating customer requirements, New Product Introduction (NPI), production activities, material availability, quality requirements and delivery schedules. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of customer projects and timely completion of assigned activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer & Internal Coordination
- Support the Project Manager/Project Lead in coordinating with customers and internal departments.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant information to concerned teams.
- Assist in preparing customer updates, reports and presentations.
- Follow up with internal teams for closure of customer requirements and action items.
- Maintain qualified communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

2. Project Planning & Execution
- Assist in preparing project schedules, milestones and activity trackers.
- Support project kick-off meetings and periodic project review meetings.




- Track project activities and provide regular status updates to the Project Lead.
- Follow up with concerned departments to ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
- Identify delays or issues and escalate them to the concerned Project Lead/Manager.
- Support NPI and project execution activities as per defined processes.

3. Order & Delivery Coordination
- Assist in reviewing customer purchase orders, forecasts and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with PPC, Production, Stores, Procurement and Logistics teams for order execution.
- Track material availability and production status.
- Monitor planned versus actual delivery schedules.
- Support the team in achieving On-Time Delivery (OTD) and On-Time In-Full (OTIF) targets.
- Communicate delivery status and changes to the concerned stakeholders.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement
