Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads across target markets and industries.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Contact prospective clients and introduce Globussoft's software products and services.
- Understand prospect requirements and communicate suitable product solutions.
- Explain product features, perks, and use cases clearly to potential customers.
- Conduct sales pitches and product presentations to prospects.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets.
- Participate in mock sales calls, training sessions, and sales activities to continuously improve communication and pitching skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing,



or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable communicating with prospects over phone calls and emails.
- Ability to deliver an effective sales pitch or presentation.
- Willingness to participate in mock sales calls during the hiring process.
- Basic understanding of software, technology, or SaaS products.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Good to Have:
- Internship or project experience in sales, inside sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Knowledge of lead-generation platforms.
- Understanding of SaaS products or digital platforms.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or other professional networking platforms.
