1. Payroll Management
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end monthly payroll processing for corporate and site employees.
- Verify attendance, leave, LOP, overtime, incentives, arrears, reimbursements, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary processing and disbursement.
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounts for monthly payroll closure.
- Review payroll reports, salary registers, and payroll variance reports.
- Handle employee salary and payroll-related queries.
- Manage Full & Final Settlement (F&F;) including notice pay, leave encashment, deductions, and recoveries.
- Ensure proper maintenance of payroll records and confidentiality of employee salary data.

2. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage monthly PF and ESI/ESIC calculations, challans, returns, and filings.
- Handle UAN generation, PF transfer, KYC updates, and PF-related employee requirements.
- Manage ESI registration, employee additions/deletions, and related documentation.




- Ensure compliance with Qualified Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, challans, returns, and supporting documents.
- Monitor compliance with applicable Shops & Establishments, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Gratuity, Bonus, Maternity Benefit, and Contract Labour requirements.
- Ensure compliance requirements applicable to construction/project sites, including BOCW and contract labour compliance, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with statutory consultants, auditors, government authorities, and external agencies.
- Handle statutory inspections, notices, audits, and compliance queries.
- Monitor changes in labour legislation and ensure timely implementation.

3. HR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
- Handle onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotion
