Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain PEGA applications according to business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Utilize PEGA framework features such as case management, workflow automation, and integration capabilities.
- Conduct unit testing and support system testing for developed applications.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PEGA applications in production environments.
- Stay updated with the latest PEGA technologies and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




- Proven experience as a PEGA Developer with [X] years of hands-on experience in PEGA 7.x or 8.x.
- Strong knowledge of PEGA components including data models, user interfaces, activities, and agents.
- Experience with PEGA integration using REST, SOAP, and other technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and team-oriented development processes.

Preferred Skills:
- PEGA certification(s) (e.g., Certified Pega Business Analyst, Certified Pega Developer).
- Experience with PEGA Guardrails and best practices.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools related to PEGA deployment.
- Understanding of industry frameworks applicable to PEGA applications.
