About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head IT Infrastructure & Networking to take ownership of the organizations IT infrastructure, enterprise networking, data center, cloud, security, and IT operations.

This is a leadership role for someone who can combine strong technical expertise with strategic planning, team leadership, vendor management, and infrastructure transformation.

Key Responsibilities




- Lead and manage the overall IT Infrastructure & Network environment.
- Design, implement and maintain robust enterprise network architecture.
- Manage LAN, WAN, routing, switching, VPN, SD-WAN and network security.
- Oversee data centers, servers, storage, virtualization and cloud infrastructure.
- Manage platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, AWS and/or Azure.
- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability and security of IT infrastructure.
- Lead disaster recovery, backup, business continuity and infrastructure monitoring initiatives.
- Drive infrastructure modernization, automation and technology transformation projects.
- Manage cybersecurity controls, firewalls, access management and network security.
- Lead internal IT teams and ensure effective delivery of infrastructure services.
