- Minimum 7 years of experience in technology operations, messaging and collaboration operations, Microsoft 365 operations, SharePoint operations, virtual environments in Operations, end user computing, workplace technology, infrastructure operations, IT service management, or product analysis.
- Hands-on or operational experience supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Copilot readiness or adoption, messaging platforms, collaboration platforms, or virtual environments in an enterprise operations workplace.
- Experience analyzing operational issues, service performance,
support processes, incident trends, problem records, change activity, adoption metrics, compliance indicators, service health data, or user experience data.
- Experience working in a cross-functional enterprise technology environment with engineering, support, security, identity, cloud, endpoint, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Experience creating reports, requirements, process documentation, run-books, service review materials, readiness checklists, communication summaries, or executive summaries.
