Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop, maintain, and update incident investigation reports to prevent reoccurrence of accidents.
- Ensure proper implementation of permits to work, PPE requirements, HIRA procedures, JSA processes, OSHA standards, NEBOSH guidelines, IOSH principles, EHS policies, and fire safety protocols.
- Collaborate with management to develop a comprehensive Health Safety Environment (HSE) strategy for the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in industrial safety or related field.
- Certification in ADIS/NEBOSH/IOSH preferred but not mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of auditing, compliance, factory compliance, fire safety, HSE/HSI principles.
