Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to support our construction and real-estate sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our construction services/projects, generating leads, following up with prospects, and coordinating appointments with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain construction services, residential projects, commercial projects, and other company offerings.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and project needs.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for interested customers.




- Coordinate qualified leads with the Sales/Business Development team.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic information about projects and services.
- Follow up on old and inactive leads to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Update customer information and follow-up status in Excel/CRM.
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers throughout the enquiry process.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Tamil and English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Customer-focused and polite in communication.
- Good follow-up and lead-management skil
