Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can turn raw data into actionable insights and help business teams make better, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
- Turn data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Use Excel, Claude to analyze and visualize data.
- Track key business metrics and identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Work closely with business teams to understand problems and provide data-backed solutions.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business and strategic decisions.
- Automate recurring reports and improve data reporting processes.




- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Positive knowledge of Advanced Excel
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with relevant projects or coursework are welcome.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
