A Day in the Life

The Principal IT Project Lead - Supply Chain Planning is responsible for leading strategic, cross-functional technology and transformation initiatives that advance global supply chain planning capabilities. This role partners closely with business and IT leadership to shape roadmaps, govern complex programs, drive delivery excellence, and ensure measurable value realization across planning, manufacturing, procurement, and operations functions. The position requires solid portfolio leadership, executive influence, business acumen,



and the ability to translate enterprise priorities into scalable digital solutions that improve planning effectiveness, operational efficiency, and decision-making.

Strategic Leadership
- Drive the initiatives in Supply Chain Planning initiatives spanning Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing Planning, and Supply Chain Digital Transformation.
- Partner with business leadership to develop strategic roadmaps aligned with enterprise priorities and operational objectives.
- Drive project prioritization, investment planning, and value realization to maximize business impact.
- Ensure alignment of project execution with organizational goals, technology strategies, and operational needs.

Program Governance & Delivery Excellence
- Provide governance and oversight across multiple cross-functional programs and projects.
- Establish and maintain program governance
