Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct microbiological tests on pharmaceutical products to ensure sterility and quality.
- Develop and implement test protocols, procedures, and methods for sterility testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product development, manufacturing, and release.
- Maintain accurate records of test results, reports, and documentation.

Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in a laboratory setting within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Robust knowledge of microbiology principles, including bacterial endotoxin testing (BET) and sterility testing methods.
- Experience with quality assurance processes and regulations (e.g., cGMP).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
