Job Description:

Palni Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with strong experience in US IT Staffing, Corp-to-Corp (C2C) Recruitment, and Direct Client Hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting IT consultants for US-based requirements and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, qualify, and submit IT professionals for US client requirements.
- Handle Corp-to-Corp (C2C) recruitment and consultant hiring.
- Work on Direct Client and TCS C2C requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, resume databases, referrals, and professional networks.
- Recruit candidates with valid US work authorization, including H1B and EAD.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations,



and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT consultants.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, vendors, and clients.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Ensure timely submissions and successful closures.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment / US IT Staffing.
- Strong experience in Corp-to-Corp (C2C) recruitment.
- Experience working with Direct Clients.
- Experience handling TCS C2C requirements.
- Previous TCS experience is mandatory.
- Good understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
- Strong knowledge of US work authorization categories.
- Experience with LinkedIn and major US job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
