Job Summary

Kinder Sports LLP is looking for a Tender Executive with hands-on experience in the GeM Portal to manage government tenders, bid submissions, tender documentation, and related coordination.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the GeM Portal, tender processes, bid preparation, pricing, documentation, and deadline management.

Key Responsibilities
- Search and review relevant tenders and business opportunities on the GeM Portal.
- Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and bid conditions.
- Prepare and submit tender documents and proposals within deadlines.
- Handle end-to-end bid and tender management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documents and information.
- Prepare cost and price calculations for tender submissions.
- Manage tender-related clarifications and queries.
- Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission.




- Maintain proper records of submitted tenders and bid-related documents.
- Coordinate tender reviews and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Handle multiple tenders and tasks simultaneously.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with the GeM Portal.
- Experience in tender or bid management will be preferred.
- Positive understanding of tender documentation and bid submission processes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Negotiation skills will be an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
