DETAILS JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Solution Architect with 8–15 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the Insurance, Membership, and Payment domains. The candidate should have strong expertise in enterprise solution architecture, microservices, API integration, cloud platforms, and up-to-date architectural patterns. The role also requires a hands-on technical approach, with the ability to actively participate in coding and development activities alongside architecture and design responsibilities. The candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, providing architectural guidance to the development team, and contributing directly to implementation when required.

RESPONSIBILITIES Design end-to-end solution architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.

Define application, integration, data, security, and infrastructure architecture for enterprise solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects,



and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction throughout the project lifecycle.

Define integration patterns, API strategies, and microservices architecture. Review and approve solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation approaches. Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and best practices.

Provide technical leadership to development teams during implementation and deployment.

Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Drive performance optimization, scalability, availability, and disaster recovery planning.

Support DevOps, CI/CD, cloud migration, and automation initiatives. Participate in architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
