- 10- 12 years of relevant experience in dealer/distributor network development, network planning, retail/aftersales network optimization or market expansion planning.
- Strong preference for candidates with On-Road / Commercial Vehicle business experience.
- Exposure to Off-Road business will be an added advantage.
- Solid analytical capability in market modelling, scenario planning, business case development and data interpretation.
- Good understanding of dealer profitability, customer service coverage and network capacity.
- Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills.
- Relevant qualification in Engineering, Business, Economics, Data/Analytics or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English with strong integrity and a compliance mindset.
