Role Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, and other hiring platforms
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage onboarding and employee documentation processes
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers




- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Assist in HR operations, attendance, leave management, and policy implementation
- Work closely with leadership on hiring strategies and workforce planning

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Candidates must have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Familiarity with hiring platforms and MS Excel is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment
- Immediate joiners are preferred
