Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Controller who can manage and control the overall sales process while maintaining strong credit and collection discipline.

The ideal candidate should have a combination of Senior Sales Executive, Credit Controller, and Sales Coordination skills. The person will be responsible for monitoring the performance of TSMs, ZSMs and sales teams, controlling customer credit, tracking collections, and ensuring that sales activities are aligned with company policies and targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Control & Team Monitoring
- Monitor daily sales performance of TSMs, ZSMs and sales executives.
- Track sales targets, achievement, customer visits, orders and billing.
- Review daily and monthly sales reports and identify performance gaps.
- Follow up with TSMs and ZSMs on pending orders,



inactive customers and sales targets.
- Ensure sales teams follow company pricing, discount and credit policies.
- Monitor sales team productivity and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Coordinate with management for corrective action where required.

Credit Control & Collections
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and credit limits.
- Ensure sales are made within approved credit limits and payment terms.
- Follow up with sales teams regarding overdue customer payments.
- Coordinate with Accounts regarding collections, receipts and outstanding balances.
- Identify high-risk customers and escalate credit issues to management.
- Ensure customers with overdue payments are properly controlled before further sales.
- Reconcile collection information between Sales and Accounts.

Sales Coordination
- Coordinate between Sales, Accounts, Operations, Hubs and Management.
- Monitor customer orders
