We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead generation, customer engagement, nurturing and retention.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with email campaign execution, database management, segmentation, automation, email copywriting and performance analysis.

Experience with B2B lead generation and cold email campaigns will be an added advantage.

Role & responsibilities:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage email campaigns for: Lead generation, Lead nurturing, Customer engagement, Retention, Promotions, Product/service updates, B2B outreach.
- Develop engaging and conversion-focused email subject lines, copy and CTAs.
- Set up and manage email automation and drip campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, content, CTAs, layouts and sending times.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize campaigns.
- Track key metrics including: Open Rate,



Click-Through Rate, Click-to-Open Rate, Conversion Rate, etc.
- Prepare email marketing performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile:
- Strong understanding of email marketing fundamentals.
- Positive email copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience with atleast 1 or 2 email marketing platforms such as: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, Brevo, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.
- Understanding of email segmentation and automation.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B email marketing and lead generation.
- Experience with cold email outreach and prospecting.
- Basic understanding of CRM, lead nurturing and marketing automation.
- Experience working with a digital marketing/performance marketing agency is an advantage.
